What is a headshot session? We offer headshot & personal branding packages for professionals, medical school students, actors, and models. The 30-minute Express Session is $295, perfect for busy people who only need a handful of images. It includes 2 digital-only images of your choice. You are welcome to add-on Professional hair and makeup for $225. Additional images are available for purchase. Professional retouching services are included.

What's included with a portrait session? Portrait studio sessions, called THE BIG PICTURE, are $295 and are for portraits, boudoir, maternity, newborn, family, milestone, senior, and personal branding. We include design & wardrobe styling, hair and makeup application by our professional makeup artist, a fully guided photo session, unlimited outfit changes, a reveal and ordering appointment for your final images. Professional retouching services are included. Collections range from $475 to $1400+, Additional images and collection upgrades are available at your reveal session. You only buy what you love, my job is to take the best photos of you that you will love and cherish forever. 

What is the 40 Over 40 Portrait Experience? This special priced experience celebrates the strength, wisdom, and beauty of women 40+. My desire has been to start a conversation about the beauty of aging, shift societal norms, and help women celebrate and fall in love with themselves. If you would like to participate, information will be made available upon the launch of the next campaign. 

When do sessions take place? Photo shoots are scheduled most weekdays, and typically in the mornings. 

How long is the photo session? Standard studio sessions typically include 1.5 hours for makeup and 1.5 hours of shooting in the studio. The EXPRESS Session is 30 minutes, used for headshots, a family refresh, first birthday cake smash, standalone holiday minis, and senior cap and gown.  

Do you offer location shoots? I offer sessions on-location within 60-minute travel time from the Middletown studio. 

What will I wear? During your consultation before the shoot, we will talk about how you want to be photographed along with anything that important that we include and what to prepare for. I encourage you to bring any clothing or jewelry items that are sentimental to the session and I will help you style them. For maternity sessions, we also offer the use of our collection of dresses, skirts, fabrics, and outfits. For newborn sessions, we have all colors of wraps, headbands, bonnets, hats, blankets, and outfits to use. Unless there is something specific you want included, we supply everything. 

Do you professionally retouch my photos? Yes, I do, but the goal is to make sure you look and feel like "you." All images are edited and retouched prior to the reveal so you can choose from the best versions. 

When do I see my photographs? We will meet for a reveal and ordering Session about a week after the shoot where you will view your images and have the opportunity to purchase a collection including digital files and heirloom albums, as well as wall art and gift items. 

Do you offer digital images? Absolutely, images are purchased by quantity, (FIVE, FIFTEEN, TWENTY-FIVE, THE ULTIMATE a la carte, etc), whether you prefer digital or an album. If you only want digitals, you will receive the high-resolution image files with a print release.

How do I pay for my session? The session fee is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. You can pay securely through the booking link that is sent to you with your confirmation email. 

What if I need to change my session date? The studio will confirm your session 48-hours before your session. We are happy to change your session date one time within the calendar year. Please let us know as soon as possible when a reschedule is needed. If your session date is changed for a second time a new deposit will be required. If you do not reschedule your session prior to the scheduled date, your session fee will be forfeited, as makeup artists still need to be paid for their scheduled time. A new fee will be required to rebook.

What if I my baby arrives early? For all newborn sessions, it's important that you let us know as soon as you can when you bundle of joy arrives, along with their birthweight and size so we can adjust your newborn session if needed. In most cases, only a slight adjustment may be needed, depending up their size.
